BREATHE.

Breathe. As simple as it sounds, we often forget to breathe. We live in a fast era. We are always on the run. Too many things to do and not enough time.

I always find myself short of breath, even though I am not doing any physical effort. That’s because I don’t breathe properly. A deep breath is what we need; slowly inhaling and exhaling oxygen.

It takes off stress and anxiety when you breathe correctly. You will also learn to relax and enjoy the moment without thinking of what is next on your “to do list” all the time. Don’t forget to breathe. Take a couple of minutes each day to breathe. Just breathe.
