Over the past years, it has been said many times that your entire life flashes before your eyes when you are about to die. When your heart starts to beat slower than it used to and when the infinite sleep forces you to surrender, your brain is going to play you a tricky game so that you won’t understand that you are dying, so that you will feel comfortable while giving up your last breath. You are going to watch your whole life as a third person. Do you remember the terrible fight you had with your best friend when you were fifteen years old? Do you remember the first time you fell in love? These memories will one day flash before your eyes.
Now, think of your life. Have you been living the life you wanted to live, are you the person you wanted to be when you were a kid? Are you proud of who you are or are you still dreaming about something different? Something bigger? Is this the best you can be? When your life flashes before your eyes, will it be worth watching?
The human life is full of choices. The chance to change your life is in your hands and you have enough time to make yourself proud. Even though people say that life is too short, it is the longest thing you will ever experience. You can decide to be a hero or you can be a coward. One day, you whole existence will flash before your eyes. Make sure it is going to be worth watching.
